Tartiflette rules

Today, family members are back form their ski holidays and visit us. My mother asd me to prepare for them a traditional dish from our region: the TARTIFLETTE.

Well, i have to admit that Savoie is a mountain region, where the dishes are not so elaborated. The recipe of Tartiflette is pretty simple: potatoes, pork meat, oignons and a lot of melted cheese . That's not exactly a diet dish! with one piece of this, you can survive one week in the mountain.
